Ingredients:-
Beans - 250 grams(Finely Chopped)
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1tsp
Curry Leaves - 4 to 5
Red Chillies - 3
Turmeric Power - 1/4 tsp
Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
Oil - 1 Tablespoon
Method:-
Wash the beans. Cut the beans into small pieces. While You Steam Idlies, You Can also steam beans. Place the chopped beans in another plate in Idlie Cooker. Now Take the cooked beans and keep it aside.
Heat the oil in a kadai Add cumin seeds, Mustard Seeds & Curry Leaves, When the seeds crackle add red chillies. Add Cooked beans and saute it.
Add Grated Coconut . Cook it in sim for 5 minutes. Now Beans poriyal is ready.
You can serve this simple dish with rice/chapathi.
